I hope this post is in the right forum.
I am looking to publish open knowledge study material (pdfs, docs, videos etc) through my CMSMS website. I need to have the ability for users to register and login (FrontEndUsers I guess). But then I also want them to have the ability to download the material and if possible I would like to know which user downloads what. Lastly users must have the ability to upload files which they have changed, and there must be an option to upload to the correct "folder".
I know this is a mouthful but any advice would be most welcome!
