Solved: FormBuilder Installation Form doesn't appear

I downloaded FormBuilder and, following instructions from CMSMade Simple Beginners Guide (Sofia Hauschildt), copied smarty tag {cms_module module='FormBuilder' form='contact'} into the page where I want the form.
But no form appears- just the script as above!

My CMSMailer is set properly, as I recieved the test message.

So- is there some step that I am missing out in the installation process, or what?

[OK I solved my own problem- the form does in fact appear on the website- it just doesn't appear on the content input field]
