I'm looking to make a members only section to add to my site. Members would pay a subscription via paypal and then i would provide them with a password and username.

Is there a way i can use my existing cmsmadesimple site and add this feature?

take a look at frontenduser and customcontent modules

customcontent allows creating areas that are visible to only logged in users
