[SOLVED] CGBlog & Products & Anchor Tag & Google Chrome

Post by ominae »

I think there is a bug with Google Chrome using anchor tag. I put a product summary on my Homepage. By clicking on the product, it will link to the CGBlog article with product detail tag inside and it will go to the product detail portion. The weird thing is when it goes to the detail portion, whatever content before it is truncated. I do not have such problem with firefox and internet explorer. Anyone has this experience as well?

Go to www.hypespree.com. Then on the right column click on the any of the products under HYPE THIS. You will notice that bug. If you use firefox and ie, then it seems ok.

I am seeing some strange behaviour indeed, weird ???

Using Chrome, click on 'Instax Mini Cute Pouch' I get redirected to http://www.hypespree.com/index.php/cgbl ... Cute-Pouch
Which is the top of the page

When using Firefox, click on the same product, redirection link is exactly the same, I see a page where 'Instax Mini Cute Pouch' is actually almost at the bottom of the page. First, the is a fairly big Blog post about 'A lil' instax fun!', which I don't see on Chrome

Also, on Chrome you only have 2 products, whilst on Firefox there are 2 more products above the mini cute pouch.

Seems Chrome is cutting the page above the anchor point. Never seen this before, it puzzles me.
