[ SOLVED ] Scrolling content_block, is it possible?

Hi everyone, just wondering if there is a way to make a scrolling content_block. I know it can be done with an iframe, but I would like to use the content_block that already holds the content instead. Here is the site and you can see that the text inside the content block exceeds the box size and I would like to make it so that it scrolls up & down... is this possible? Thank you
