The other day I copied a fully-functional CMSMS installation (v1.9.4.1) from a staging server to a permanent 'live' server. I've restored the database and all files, updated permissions and settings within config.php/php.ini/.htaccess etc accordingly, however I'm being continually logged out of the admin panel when I navigate around.
For example, I can edit existing pages but clicking 'Add New Content' occasionally (not always) logs me out. When I do manage to get to the 'new page' section, and change the Content Type to 'Advanced Content', I'm occasionally (again, not always) logged out. Also when I click on some menu items (e.g. Templates), I'm once again occasionally logged out. In fact, I'm logged out 90% of the time when performing any of the above actions. The same problem occured with a couple of other pages but I can't remember which.
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling AdvancedContent, since that appears as though it may be at the root of the problem.
I'm also having an issue with GBFilePicker whereby I'm using it to assign an image to a page, and on existing pages I can browse images etc with no problems, but when trying to add an image to a new page, the popup appears but no files are visible (even though they are definitely there). I can upload files but it still doesn't display them. Once or twice I've also been logged out when using this module (i.e. the popup appears but the login screen is within it, rather than the module).
I wasn't sure whether to post this in this section since I'm not sure exactly what the problem is, and can't be sure it's related to either AdvancedContent or GBFilePicker, so please feel free to move this if it's in the wrong section.
Anyway, long story short, does anyone know what might be causing me to be logged out every few minutes when clicking on various menu items/buttons through the site?

Summary of issues I'm experiencing since changing to the new host:
1. Being logged out frequently upon going to various admin pages.
2. Being logged out when switching a page's Content Type to 'Advanced Content' (though, if I first switch it to 'Separator' and THEN change it to 'Advanced Content', it works).
3. Not being able to see page previews when editing a page ('Not Found: The requested URL was not found on this server.')
4. Not being able to use GBFilePicker properly with new pages (no files show, including files I upload at that time); it works fine with existing pages.
This is all very weird. My initial thoughts are that it's something to do with the database not incrementing records properly, a session issue, or possibly needing to uninstall, remove and then reinstall some modules.
Any ideas?
