My new hosting website have some issues for URL

My site have been moved to new hosting successful from old hosting, but the SEO url address has changed, please review the address:hxxp://66.147.240.161/~mengsuif/index.php/
such as:hxxp://66.147.240.161/~mengsuif/index.php?page=engineering/
it should be:hxxp://66.147.240.161/~mengsuif/Plastic-mold-Capability/engineering/
I don't changed the .haccess rule, do somebady help me and tell me what should I do to fix this issues.
By the way, can I adjust black of the bottem as below picture shown?

when you are on a unix system, then the mod_rewrite should be enabled in config.php and the .htaccess should be in the root of the site.

If you are on IIS, then .htaccess isnt taken.
