I'm also experiencing the following reported issues on a fresh 1.9.3 install:
- image manager: creating a folder (and sometimes uploading one image) works until they suddenly disappear. They are still visible trough the file manager.
- tineymce: sometimes tineymce appears, sometimes it doesn't.
Please don't shoot me but I suspect this has something to do with the new caching...
Pressing Ctrl+F5 for a "Hard refresh" successfully loads tineymce and the invisible folders/files.
To be able to press Ctrl+F5 in a sub folder created with the image manager, you would have to load only the frame showing the contents of the subfolder or it will snap back tot the main folder
The url for the Gallery sub folder should look like this: http://www.yourwebsite.com/lib/filemana ... Gallery%2F

Manuel

I saw the same issue. Image manager ignoring files uploaded by FTP do not show up when inserting an image in Tiny and selecting from a list of images stored on the website. New files don't appear in that list.manuel wrote:I'm also experiencing the following reported issues on a fresh 1.9.3 install:

I was also suffering from the non-appearing TinyMCE issue. To fix it I:
a) Changed permissions on the Tiny module folder to chmod -R 777
b) Uninstalled and reinstalled Tiny
c) Did a force reload of a news article edit page where it wasn't showing
It appeared.

Same here, uninstall and reinstall Tiny had no effect but force reload of page did it.Utter wrote:I was also suffering from the non-appearing TinyMCE issue. To fix it I:

Tiny does appear after force reload on any content (page or article).
