hello,
I have successfully installed CMS on my local server (XAMPP: Apache, MySQL, PHP - more info: www.apachefriends.org/en).
The problem is, I do can upload image files with the file manager but cannot upload video files. The CMS sais I do not have the permission. The online server installation doesn't show this message but I do not notice any upload progress.
The video files I have tried to upload are 1 - 5 MB large. Am I not able to upload files of that size whithout some special extension?

a) try using the file manager to upload your videos, into the "images" directory
b) there are some settings in php.ini that will have to be edited for uploading large files,
the help in the uploads module gives a pretty good description of what has to be modified.
