Thanks, but when i go into
Site Admin » Global Settings » "Global Metadata" and save the thing i write into "Global Metadata" the text shown on the top at my homepage.
Kan i disable so the visitors not se the text ?

You should only put html code there

You have to use true meta tag code, not text, like you posted first time...
