[resolved] CGExtensions / Frontusers Which version works with which cmsms versio

Hi!

It would be nice and very helpfull to know about compatibilities, i.e. which version of modules works with witch version of cmsms.


I run cmsms ver. 1.6.9 cause my server hasn't been updated to php 5.2
when I try to install CGExtensions, my admin panel stops working.
The only way is to change CGextensions folder's name with ftp
(by the way, thers no way to delete this folder).

So I guess there's a problem with uncompatible versions.

I need to manage front end users, and this moule needs CGExtensions.

I'm running a site with 1.6.8, with FEU 1.10, CGExtensions 1.19, CustomContent 1.5.3.  Works fine.  These are the latest versions shown in the Module Manager for 1.6.8.

I've tried to install CGextensions 1.19.6 and later 1.19.2 and none work.
My admin panel seems to lose template, so that it comes in text only and any link drives me at a blank page

So I think CGExtension is not the guilty, but somethink in my cms' installation or server.

Any one has a clue please ?

1.19 ≠ 1.19.2  ;)

1.19 = 1.19, released on 2010-06-25 16:32

But which php version do you run?

In the changelog of CGExtensions version 1.17 it is stated: "Now requires PHP 5.2+"

Thank you Jos.

I'm afraid the problem comes from php version, who happens to be 5.0.

I' guess I'll have to wait for Plesk upgrading to 5.2
