Link between Forum Made Simple, FEU Facebook and Twitter-oAuth

This is a open request to make a offer to develop a way of using FbLogin or Twitter Login to login to FEU and make new forum posts as the new user.
The current FEU Facebook Module is insufficient to use with the Forum Made Simple and currently there is no way of using a twitter account to login. Please let me know what it will cost to make this and when you could deliver.
The account information that needs to be imported into FEU is username and email address.
