Orders Module and Paypal

Hi folks,

I'm trying to help out my accounts person by attempting to make it easier to marry up Orders module emails with Paypal payment confirmations.  What I'd like to is make sure the invoice/order number that the orders module allocates is sent to Paypal, and added to the "Payment received" email that the accounts person gets.  Is there a way to modify the paypal module or orders module to do such a thing?

Any help greatly appreciated as always!
