What is the text area editor in in the frontend users module?

I am using the FrontEnd Users Module with the textarea field and I have the WYSIWYG feature turned on. When I log on as a FEU I see a large text area in the change settings page. Is this a TinyMCE window?

It should be, and there is a setting in tiny admin for this, I think it's in the profile tab...

The window that you see, with wysiwyg turned on, is what you set in GlobalSettings in 'Frontend Wysiwyg'.
