AjaxPageUpdate module: how to use it?

AjaxPageUpdate module: how to use it?

I HAVE INSTALLED AND ACTIVATED AjaxPageUpdate module .. but unable to figure out what else to do.. my pages are not yet ajaxified.. they are loading the traditional way..

I have the same problem, with all respect , Have you read modules help? does not help nobody.
I have read the module help too. but still i down't know what to do.
