Support contract

I have a customer - www.pattersonlaw.co.uk - that uses the site all the time and gets a great deal of work from it.  This customer needs a support contract for emergencies.  E.g. yesterday due, we think, to a connection issue at their end whilst writing to the database, there was a corruption that forced a number of modules out of memory - we had to jump on, diagnose the issue and get the site running again asap.

This customer spends a lot of money on googleads and thus any issue with the site needs to be reacted to quickly. 

I am looking for a company that would be able to take on a support contract for a emergency helpline, to jump in and sort out issues as they occur.

Additionally, I would like to have the same company run a copy of the site on their own server, and take backups of the main site, copy across on a regular basis, so that in the event of a main server loss that would take the site down for a long time, the DNS could quickly be changed to bring the backup online and thus minimise the amount of downtime on the site.
