CGCalendar and Internet Explorer

Post by ittsmee2 »

I am having a problem with the CGCalendar module and Internet Explorer not displaying the module in full.  When I try to add an event or edit an event it never opens up past the date.  It works fine in FireFox and Chrome.  This is only an issue in IE.

I am attaching a screen shot of the problem.

I am running CMSMS 1.7 and CGCalendar 1.3.1

Everything worked before I upgraged to from 1.6.6 to 1.6.7.  So I upgraded to 1.7 and the problem is still there.

Had same issue here.  tried using the compatability mode in IE8 and got the same results.  Works well in FireFox, Chrome, Safari and Opera.

The module developer doesn't use windows so they don't have IE...

Don't use IE is one solution...

That doesn't help.  My customers use IE and they don't want to use another browser and like it or not IE still has the largest share of browser usages.

It's been fixed and should go out with the next release which should be soon.
If all else fails, use a bigger hammer.
