Im using the Tiny MCE WYSIWYG but when ever I try to do a link URL to a file on my server, it comes up with a Internal Server Error. I've attached a screen shot. Any help would be appreciated!

Hey guys, Using CMS Made Simple 1.6.6, php > 5, Apache.
Im using the Tiny MCE WYSIWYG but when ever I try to do a link URL to a file on my server, it comes up with a Internal Server Error. I've attached a screen shot. Any help would be appreciated!
