Module Gallery after upgrade to 1.6.6

Post by maca »

Hi friends,

I have quite serious problem with module Gallery after upgrading to ver. 1.6.6.

The error message is:
Catchable fatal error: Object of class stdClass could not be converted to string in /var/www/cmsms/tmp/templates_c/Printing^%%CC^CC3^CC3377B7%%module_db_tpl%3APrinting%3Blinktemplate.php on line 22

Thanks for your help.

Have you already tried to clear the cache?

Menu: Site Admin > Global Settings > tab Advanced Setup

Yes, of course...
Cache is clear, but problem still remains.

Did you search for similar problems in this forum? Try a search for "Object of class stdClass could not be converted to string"

If yes, what are you trying to do when this error occurs? Does it involve default templates or are they slightly adjusted? What is your system-info? Where does the "Printing" in the errormessage come from? What does your module-call look like?

I searched similar problems, but without success...

I started on 1.5.4 version CMSMS and after that I upgraded step by step to 1.6.6. When I used version 1.6.5, module Gallery was  absolutely OK.
Thanks to you I realised that the mentioned problem is due to {cms_module module='printing' pdf='true' lang='cs_CZ'}.
When I remove "PDF export", Gallery starts working correctly.
It is not ideal situation, but Gallery is more important than "PDF export"...
Thank you very much for your help.
