Problem with tree.php

Hi guys,,.
I have just finished my personal homepage that is built on CMSms.
Then I tried to move it on to my web server which is running of freebsd.Unfortunately after finishing all the configurations I am having a problem with tree.php.
Apache shows the following message:


Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class Tree in /home/web/mysite/lib/Tree/Tree.php on line 1201

the line 1200 starts with class Tree
1201: {
