Hello there-
I am having problems with my Formbuilder (default) contact form. I cannot seem to receive messages. I have also tried setting up the CMS mailer and it still will not work. Anyone have experience using this contact form sending to a Hotmail account?
Thanks.

Re: Formbuilder Problems (Contact Form)
if you can't get CMS Mailer to work, you won't be able to get FormBuilder to email anything. Focus on CMS Mailer.

Re: Formbuilder Problems (Contact Form)
There is a test email function in CMSmailer. (bottom of the page)
See if you can send a test mail to your email address to isolate whether the issue lies in the CMSmailer configuration or the formbuilder settings.

Re: Formbuilder Problems (Contact Form)
Can I hook on with the same problem?
I have read all messages in the forum and spent about 2 hours in trying to get this working.
My Formbuilder does not send the email.
- The form displays great on the page
- My CMSmailer testbutton works great. No problem the mail is send within 2 seconds and received.
- The redirect page after sending the email with the form is not loaded and the email is not send.
- I am using the standard form with no fields added.
- In my page content I have added : {cms_module module='FormBuilder' form='contact'}
- The only thing I could 'misunderstand' is the submission template where I have not changed anything. But that does not effect emails generated or other form dispositions?
- I think I have checked all config pages in Formbuilder 10 times and don't see what is wrong.
cmsms v1.6.6
formbuilder v0.6b1
cmsmailer config : smtp with authentication
Thanks
John

John-
Kind of a dumb question, but did you set the email address within the "Sent To" for the "Destination Address". That was my problem, I didn't set this and I wasn't receiving email. Also, what type of email are you trying to send to? In the past I had trouble with hotmail accounts. Most others worked perfect.
Re: Formbuilder Problems (Contact Form)
Yes, I did set that emailaddress in the send field correct. (to be sure I've checked it again)
I'm sending the email to another regular email account, never! to a problemhotmailaccount
Thanks!
