Lightbox lang problem

Hi every one, I'm using Lightbox 1.0.1 and I want to translate some content like "Click here to save a version of this image". I saw that there is no file named "fr_FR.php" in any folder but I found the same sentence in the document "lightbox.js". I changed it, but nothing happen.

I want to know where the sentence "Click here to save a version of this image" is generate to change it. Can somebody help me on this?

You was right, the sentence is in line 523 into the lightbos.js
