Form builder conditional field and UK telephone number validation

HI, 

I have quite a big form I have built with form builder. 

I would like the second and third questions to be conditional on the answer to question 1.
Qu1 - Are you a new or exsisitng customer
Qu2 - A range of values
Qu3 - A different range of values. I know I can add JS to the form questions quite easily but I have no idea how to structure the query.

Secondly there a couple of telephone numbers that I would like to be able to add validation to.

Please can you let me know if you can do this work and how long it will take and your quote.  I would like to get this work done ASAP and all reasonable offers will be considered.

There is no solution to post.  I got in touch with the person who develops form builder and it does not currently handle conditional fields. I know you can add javascript to each form field and it should be possible to custom code however I do not know js.  I got a quote for someone to do two fields but it was very high so I decided to use a different form module not directly linked to cmsms.

A nice *customisable* way of including this (perhaps in a later version of the form builder) would be to use regex's. You can tie in regex strings then with the type of field/value.
