Generic notes for editors in page

Hi all!

The latest release (1.5.4) had some comments. One of witch a person named Peter had a great idea.

The idea is to have generic notes that can be adressed to the editors or any group of choice. This could be on a content type page for starters. This featrure must be a built in one.

What do you think?

There is something like that in the forum... search you you will find.. last talked about like 2-3 months ago...  you may also sight that post in your feature request in the forge...

I certainly cannot find it in the Forge
