bad request error when trying to save templates

I get a bad request error when i try to save a template, i tried completely deleting and uploading and installing it again but this does'nt help. I always get this error:

Bad Request

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I used this version: cmsmadesimple-1.5.4-full.tar.gz
I have set the 777 permission to the whole cms ms map and al underlaying files/maps. I dont know what else i can do to fix this so i am hereby asking you for help to fix this problem.

i do have this error:

It is the first time that i try to install cms ms by this host so it may be a wrong setting since it always went without trouble when using my other host.

Using a server with safe mode on is not supported, ask your provider to disable it or get a new host, this problem you are having is exactly why safe mode servers are not supported...
