IUsers ==> 404 not found when I create a new user

IUsers ==> 404 not found when I create a new user

Hi,

I have installed the IUsers module to my website. I have a problem when I want to create a new user (on the backend).

When I clik on "Submit" I have an error 404 not found. I have tried this many times, and I have always the same problem. So, I can't create a new user.

I have tried to delete the module and re-install it, this is the same...

Thanks for your help.
