Why Newsletter Made simple don't send my newsletter ??

Hello, i've installed News.Made Simple but my newsletter is not send to my diffusion list. I just got a message vie email that the work has been done in x seconds... What's the problem ?

Have you configured the email settings correctly? Do you know you can send an e-mail through php using those settings?  Also, you do have people subscribed to your list? (do you have a list created even?) Just getting the obvious things out of the way....

also what version are you using of NMS? and of CMSMade Simple?

The configuration link when you go to the module?

I would say a php mail configuration file, not the configuration link of the module itself. I just installed CMSMS online 3 days ago, but it was installed before on my local server. I copied all the Cms directories directly, should i try to resinstall the NMS module perhaps ? The strange thing is that i got a mail that tells me the send operation was successfull and took x secondes. But the newsletter never arrives (i got 2 mails adresses in the diffusion list).
