A menu like in the geared admin style

A menu like in the geared admin style

I had been searching, but I could not anything.

In my page I like to have a menu loke the one used in geared admin style.
Unfortunately I am too stupid to find this in my installation.

I'm not sure what the Geared Admin style looks like (it isn't posted on the Themes site). Can you provide a link?

This admin theme is found here:

The menu is not to found in the MenuManager
