Upgraded to 1.5.1 and home page not showing, only the sitemap

This is strange. You are right, if you clear cache or control refresh, the stylesheets would show up but if you come back again, it doesn't. Again, I can't really help you here because I don't know what the problem is. Please provide some information from your error logs.

What are the tmp, tmp/templates_c folder permission settings, FTP to see or look in site admin >> system information...

Sounds like your provider may have changed some setting or ?...

According to the admin settings from the admin site these are set to 0777 with a green check mark next to them. I'm not sure where the error logs are located. We run this on IIS 6.
