Install Problems Found for 0.11.1

I have installed CMSMS 0.11.1 .... very nice so far .

I found 2 problems while installing, however

1) The tar.gz version of the code is incomplete. It is missing *( among other things )* include.php

2) The initial dataload ( in install/schemas/initial.sql ) has 'cms_' hardcoded as a database table prefix, though the installer allows you to specify your own db table prefix.

The zipped version of the installer is complete though, so once I fixed the sql, I was able to successfully build and run on

Slackware 10
Mysql 5.0.16
php 5.1.1
Apache 2.0.55
