Problem upgrading to 0.11.1 from 0.11

Hi all.
I just upgraded to the stable 0.11.1 from 0.11. I followed the instructions, copying all of the files over top of my existing installation, making the uploads dir writable (chmod 777 uploads), writing access to my config.php file (chmod 666 config.php), pointing my browser to the install/upgrade.php.
Then, by clicking the link at the bottom of the page, I go to the root and I see...

Site down for maintenance.

What happened?
Thanks for any help.

I had that to,

I went to the site global settings, emptied the cache and submitted that page.
After that it worked
