Error Message in Module Manager

I am using 1.4.1 Spring Garden on a Win 2003 Server.

I just recently upgraded to 1.4.1 and now when i got to module manager and try to download and install for example FCKeditor

I am getting this error message.

PHP Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in D:\cmsmadesimple\modules\nuSOAP\classes\nusoap.php on line 2655 PHP Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in D:\cmsmadesimple\lib\classes\class.global.inc.php on line 343

I was having some problems with the older FCKeditor so was trying to put one in and now - don't really have an editor updates i can get to.

it tell itself!
Just rise your Maximum execution time to lets say 60 seconds or even better 120 sec in the servers php.ini file.

OR

copy the new files manualy to the corresponding folder for the module via ftp or ssh or similar
