creating a site on a local machine, then uploading

Hi all,

I am creating my cmsms website on my local computer using the virtual server WAMP because its much faster than doing it online and i couldn't install it properly on my hosts server because of permissions (i've since changed to a better server who have already tried it out for me)

My question is how easy will it be to transfer it all from my computer up onto the server?

Transferring templates should be easy, but can you give me any tips on how to easily upload everything else or will it be an evening of copy and pasting??
