Hi there, thanks for reading, hopefully you can shed some light on a small problem I'm having trouble figuring out...
I am putting navigation in the left sidebar, and it's pretty straightforward to pull the lnks from the CMSMS links button.
When I do that, it generates this tag >> {cms_selflink page='76'}
So far no problem, but what I would like to do is (if possible) is instead of just showing the one page link, can it display all of the pages in the submenu??
The client wants to be able to add new pages and have them appear in the left sidebar.
your can see what I'm talking about here >> http://fedwebdesign.com/devauto21/index ... prevention
I'm trying to get away from having to manually add in the links.
Thanks very much for looking,
john
Help with links please...
Re: Help with links please...
Isn't this a job for the Menu Manager module?

Or am I misunderstanding you?

Re: Help with links please...
Hi there,
No, you're probably right. This would seem to be the best way.
The only wrinkle is that the menu would be different depending on what section the user is in.
In our example...
If some one is here >> http://fedwebdesign.com/devauto21/index ... prevention
they see all the relevant information in the left sidebar,
but if they go here >> http://fedwebdesign.com/devauto21/index ... tal-issues
they meenu items are different.
It would be nice if there was a tag that we could put in place instead of {cms_selflink page='65'} that showed all of the child pages.
Thanks
john
