File Manager problem

Post by zollgut »

hi

I'm having trouble with the File Manager in Firefox.

When I go to open a pdf that i just uploaded it is attempting to read from \uploads folder instead of /uploads, resulting in an error that it cant open the file..

If I just switch the / it reads the file... Not a big problem but annoying.. It works fine in IE.

Any suggestions how to fix? :)

Thanks

Hi
It is because you are in windows platform , then puts in config.php

C:/pach/for/my/site/uploads/

and not

C:\pach\is my\site uploads/

DONE...

You may want to look into XAMPP it comes with linux server and mysql db ready to go, I found it the best solution for running CMSMS on my XP box...
