[closed] Installing 2

Good morning
I decided to get 2 and try it. With a great rush of anticipation and enthusiasm I down loaded checked my server meet all the requirements upgraded to PHP 5.4 1und1 confirmed that all the requirements are meet after I wrote to them and asked.
Unfortunately I still get:-
Fatal error: Uncaught exception 'PharException' with message 'phar "/homepages/25/d34496098/htdocs/entwurfe/cmsms2/cmsms-2.0-beta1-install.php" SHA1 signature could not be verified: broken signature' in /homepages/25/d34496098/htdocs/entwurfe/cmsms2/cmsms-2.0-beta1-install.php:8 Stack trace: #0 /homepages/25/d34496098/htdocs/entwurfe/cmsms2/cmsms-2.0-beta1-install.php(8): Phar::webPhar(NULL, 'index.php') #1 {main} thrown in /homepages/25/d34496098/htdocs/entwurfe/cmsms2/cmsms-2.0-beta1-install.php on line 8
------------------------------------------------------------------
Is this a problem with PHP and phar not being enabled? I am confused as 1and1 say this is not the problem.
Sorry I was hoping to be able to give some constructive feed back and not have to ask for help again.
