[SOLVED] installation without PHAR
If I try to install from cmsms-2.0-rc1-install.expanded.zip, which I thought could be used for an installation if you don't have PHAR on your hosting, gives an error "Fatal error: Class 'Phar' not found in /customers/b/4/4/manolibre.be/httpd.www/cms-install/app/class.cms_install.php on line 217"

No, You still need PHAR support. it's just that the application isn't all wrapped up into a single phar. There is still an archive inside the directory that we use the phar libraries to read.
