[open] MenuManager back with each update
Don't know if it's a bug or something, but each time I update (with phar installer) to latest version, the MenuManager module appears (uninstalled) in the module manager.

I think I just solved this in svn. at least for me. an upgrade from a virgin 1.12 install went fine.

OK. To be precise, it happens between different revisions of beta/RC, I didn't tested it from a 1.12.

Fresh install Rev 9975
MenuManager appears installed in Site Admin->ModuleManager, but is not in Admin->System information (installed modules).
