using the full svn with all languages
With My Account / User Preferences
Language : No Default Selected
When i go to the login page I see


using the a svn with only in lang\ext\
de_DE.php + es_ES.php +fr_FR.php
and in \lib\nls
de_DE.nls.php + es_ES.nls.php +fr_FR.nls.php +en_US.nls.php
With My Account / User Preferences
Language : french
When i go to the login page I see

all the page is in de_DE
