[fixed] Site Admin - Settings - Content Mgr page error

Upgrade 1.11.10->2.0beta1 OK

These errors appears after selecting Settings-Content Manager page:

( ! ) Fatal error: Uncaught exception 'CmsDataNotFoundException' with message 'Could not find default CmsLayoutTemplate row for type __CORE__::page' in C:\inetpub\wwwroot\mladejovice\lib\classes\class.CmsLayoutTemplate.php on line 996

another uncaught exception (that should theoretically never happen).
fixed in svn.
