The param ext is missing from cms_selflink. This will break a lot of occurences.
Apparently from the code I guess it was deliberately left out - for what reasons?
Will it be added in again later in the beta?

The 'ext' param did not fit into a plugin that was designed to build a link to 'itself'. It never should have been there.
it's just as easy to build an absolute link manually.
