Hello: I can't install the beta version. Y received the following message
unable to create temporary file for decompression of gzipped phar archive "/Applications/XAMPP/xamppfiles/temp/ma3f6bae04823f0a6a994f5b20aabd68a/f5ee920ec78245d541dc7cd22022aec31.tgz"
Any idea??

This is almost certainly a permissions problem.
The installer tries numerous methods to find the system temporary directory, and then assumes that it is writable.
