Design Manager -> Stylesheets
Choose any stylesheet.
Click the delete stylesheet icon on the right.
Click the text "Yes, I am sure I want to delete this stylesheet" - this ticks the first tick box.
Click the text "Yes, I am really sure I want to delete this stylesheet" - this unticks the first tick box (it should tick the second tick box).
It will be an issue with the <label> tag in the code within the <form>.
(Actual deleting of stylesheet works OK).
