[fixed] Module Manager hover text

Module Manager:

Find CGExtensions module. It has a sun icon on the left (NEW). Hover over that and you get:

"This module was released within the last month"

CGExtensions module is quite old, but it was updated within the last month.

So change "released" to "released/updated".
