(Using 11.4)
Default form seems ok but when I try to add jquery validation to fields it does not display at all.I have used the contact form many times before - works fine on 10.4. I've check script/css and paths all should work but page renders only blank white screen.
This seems to be the case with 1.11 errors - blank white screens with no error messages and nothing to show what is wrong when using debug.
