[fixed] HTML Block doesn't get updated on apply

Hello,
I have noticed, that when I try to edit HTML Block I make some changes and I submit, then I everything works like a charm, but when I just apply changes, then nothing is done. Page reloads holding my edited values, but if I leave it without submiting then no value is really updated. CMS shows no error.

This one is already fixed in the SVN

Just tested it again in rev. 8121 and it still works
