[fixed] Step 5 in upgrade: Failed to create index on...

Hi,

When performing an upgrade from a 1.10.3 site to 1.11 Beta1, I used button Continue on step 4. I get in step 5 the following results:

Adding module_smarty_plugins table...[done]
Enhancing the adminlog table...[done]
Enhancing the css table table...[done]
Creating routes table... [done]
Creating index in content table... [failed]

No return button, nor retry or another button. Anybody encountered the same situation? What to do next?
