siteprefs + 403

Hello!
When I try change site settings in 2.2.12 version, after accept modal I have 403 Access to this resource on the server is denied!

I clear cache and I checked config prefs and chmod (644).

In the same server I have 2.2.10 version and changing settings works great.

This is caused by mod_security. Your host might let you disable it (some hosts will give you the option in cPanel, for example) but otherwise you'll have to ask them to either whitelist the rule or disable mod_security.
