page url field missing from options tab

page url field missing from options tab

Hi guys,

Running v2.2.10 and I'm trying to create an rss page but under options, it doesn't have the page URL field for me to force a feed.rss - what would cause this field to disappear...?

It's under the Navigation tab, and it only shows when pretty urls are enabled.
