I host my site with Asphostportal hosting. The problem is when I tried to update to latest version, I had problems like check box disappearing, locking up and a "no input file" error.

Any clue maybe? Thank you

We'll need a lot more information:
-version you're upgrading from and to
-php version
-when/where these errors occur
-what's in the error log
etc

The more information you can give us, the better chance we can offer help.
